My mom was asking the other day if I regretted not going overseas to study. Oh man....I didn't hold back. I told her resoundingly......Yes!!! She was like....but working gives you a better perspective on your work.

oK....Here's my arguement.

Look. I have been away from work from more than 18-19 years studying. What made you think that just to convert my diploma into a degree just for a year would make a hell lot of a difference with work experience??? Work experience can be obtained anytime but the experience I face while studying and experiencing cultures and the world....that's what I really am regretting. On the other hand, family was in the way but I really am disappointed by to loss of my prime slogging at a workplace with effing working environments, begging for my ALs while my fellow peers are experiencing the time of their lives. Jealous?? Duh.... That's redundent.

I just wish I could just pack and leave without feeling so obligated. I just really want a place where I could really call my own somewhere.

(Definitely not in Singapore......too small and close for comfort.)
